Principal and therapist, Stella hails from a creative background with 20 years of experience in stop motion animation, model making, and fashion.

Her fascination with anatomy was evident from an early age, focusing on life drawing and portraiture using traditional black and white photography techniques, as well as charcoal.

Stella dedicated an additional 5 years to the fitness industry as a personal trainer before advancing her skills to become a remedial massage therapist. 

Her dedication lies in assisting individuals in believing in their own capacity to overcome.
