Mary Ann is also a registered Converge International Partner providing confidential counselling and support through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). If your workplace has an EAP agreement with Converge, you may be able to access sessions with no cost to you. The EAP is designed to support employees with personal or work-related challenges, including stress, relationships, mental health, wellbeing, and workplace concerns. Sessions are short-term, solution-focused, and completely confidential.

Mary Ann’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education, along with Postgraduate qualifications in Teaching and Counselling. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and the Victorian Institute of Teaching.

Beyond her professional qualifications, Mary Ann brings personal insight as a wife and mother, combining lived experience with professional expertise. She is dedicated to helping adults overcome obstacles, embrace their strengths, and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
