Hey, I’m Sam, a sports therapist at Good Health Group Clinic in Brighton, helping people move better, feel stronger, and recover faster.

Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or dealing with chronic pain or a musculoskeletal condition, I’ve got the skills and experience to get you back on track.

I specialise in remedial massage, sports massage, dry needling, and trigger point therapy, working with clients who struggle with back pain, neck stiffness, shoulder injuries, knee discomfort, and muscle tightness. My approach is not just about pain relief, I provide a post-treatment plan with corrective exercises to make sure you’re moving right and staying injury-free.

Why I Do This
I’ve always been passionate about sports, movement, and rehabilitation, and as a road cyclist, I’ve had my fair share of injuries. I know how frustrating it is to be sidelined, so I focus on helping others recover faster, prevent injuries, and improve their performance.

Before becoming a sports therapist, I worked in fine dining and a large food and bread factory, where I experienced firsthand how physically demanding jobs can take a toll on the body. That’s why I also work with tradies, office workers, and active individuals dealing with work-related muscle tension and movement restrictions.

I also spent the 2023 season as a sports trainer for the Ferntree Gully Eagles Football Club, working closely with athletes on injury management, rehab, and performance recovery. That experience reinforced my passion for sports therapy, movement efficiency, and musculoskeletal health.

Beyond the Clinic – Sharing Clinical Insights
In addition to hands-on treatment, I also write the clinic’s blog, where I share clinical insights, injury management tips, and advice on sports rehab and performance optimisation. My goal is to help people understand their bodies better, make informed decisions about their recovery, and stay active without pain.

What I Offer at Good Health Group Clinic:

✔ Remedial Massage – Helps with chronic pain, muscle tightness, and postural imbalances.
✔ Sports Massage – Enhances muscle recovery, injury prevention, and athletic performance.
✔ Dry Needling – Provides deep relief for stubborn knots, trigger points, and movement restrictions.
✔ Injury Rehab & Recovery Plans – Custom exercise plans for injury recovery and prevention.
✔ Postural Correction & Mobility Work – Because sitting all day shouldn’t feel like a workout.

If you’re looking for a down-to-earth therapist who actually listens and knows how to get results, book a session with me at Good Health Group Clinic and let’s get you moving pain-free and feeling your best! 🚀

I have quite a bit of pain in my traps and forearms from my job sitting behind a desk and training at the gym. I saw Sam and he really helped with the pain with massage and some dry needling. I will definitely come back for more visits.
